Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

The short version: We collect your email if you subscribe. We never sell it. You can delete everything anytime. That's it.

Who we are

Quiet Capital is an independent digital product business that creates tools, guides, and systems for introverts who want to earn online. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Quiet Capital.

For any privacy-related questions you can reach us at: hello@quietcapital.com

What data we collect

We only collect what is strictly necessary:

  • Email address — if you voluntarily subscribe to The Quiet List newsletter
  • Purchase information — if you buy a product (processed by Gumroad, not stored by us)
  • Basic analytics — page visits and general traffic patterns, no personal identifiers

We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or any sensitive personal data unless you explicitly provide them.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used solely to:

  • Send The Quiet List newsletter (if you subscribed)
  • Deliver products you have purchased
  • Send occasional updates about new products or relevant offers

We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your data is:

  • Consent — you gave us your email address voluntarily by subscribing
  • Contractual necessity — to deliver products you purchased
  • Legitimate interest — basic, anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used

Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Ever.

We use the following third-party services which may process your data on our behalf:

  • Mailerlite — email delivery and newsletter management
  • Gumroad — payment processing and product delivery
  • Clicksite.ai — website hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and GDPR compliance measures in place.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to The Quiet List. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

Purchase records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes, as required by law.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the EU/EEA you have the following rights:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data entirely
  • Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to object — object to how we process your data
  • Right to withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@quietcapital.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Basic session functionality may use a minimal browser cookie. No personal data is stored in cookies.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
